The life of a cell is a very important aspect, especially when considering the cost of a battery pack. For this reason, Huracan Marine requires its suppliers to use the highest quality cells, supplies batteries specially sized for continuous use of its motors and trains customers with charge/discharge procedures to safeguard them. Lithium cells are not subject to any 'memory effect'.
Lithium-ion (Li-ION) and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) are just some of the chemistries chosen by Huracan Marine for its battery’s cells.
